The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I have a sympa server running on hostA. I want to be able subscribe users 
(that already have sympa accounts) to one of the lists on the sympa server.

I want to do this remotely from hostB.

I'm guessing I'm not the first to want to do this. Can anyone share a perl 
SOAP client that does this?
