The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi.

I'm having problem creating new list with wwsympa interface.
List greation fails with  create_list: action failed error

Here is my setup - fedora core 5, apache2 + cgi (not using fastcgi), 
sympa-5.1-16 rpm (from middleware.internet2.edu), mysql-5.0.21-2.FC5.1.

Any ideas what can be wrong? can change listmaster password, so database is 
written to from web interface just fine.
