Look in the Contribs section on sympa.org ( http://www.sympa.org/contrib.html ), particularly at mbox2sympa.pl by Adam Bernstein. I'm pretty sure this ships by default in the contribs/ dir of the sympa tarball. This will allow you to import mbox archives into a sympa archive.
