Paul,

You're right, the email parameters are not fully logged when performing 
add/del from the web interface.

Related topic : we will shortly start a work to provide logs accessible 
from the web interface. These will be targeted for list owners and 
listmasters ; only significant events will be logged (user 
added/removed, mail sent,...). We also consider adding some statistics.
