The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

We like to have logging of when (and by who) people are added 
to/removed from lists but this doesn't always seem to happen 
(we're using 5.1.2 but I've had a look at the code in 
wwsympa.fcgi and the logic appears the same).

The reason we started looking at this is that one member was removed
from a list (we can tell this because we can see that they were getting
list mail for a while then they weren't) but we don't see anything in
the logs to see who/why they were removed from the list.   When I (as
listmaster) added them back on to the list all I see in the logs is ...
