I've patched Sympa to add a second box on the Post page for HTML code; 
there's no WYSIWYG editing (though that might be easy with HTMLArea) and 
you can use images only by pointing to URLs on a live server, ie. you can't 
attach them to the message itself.  But otherwise it works fine, generating 
a multipart/alternative message.

I don't think I've submitted this one, but can do so if there's general 
interest, or I can just send you (Barry) the patch.  It's maybe a little 
messy, of course.  :)
