Normal usage is to define a dns domain and host for each virtual robot 
in sendmail and apache. So the basic answer is no, you have to define a 
virtual host papache for each virtual robot. However, you can change the 
domain of a particular list using the parameter 'host' of the list 
(admin > edit list config > list definition) .
In such case the list will output email address according to that 
parameter but will be managed via the web interface where she was created.
