Looks like there's a tool for converting from mbox archives (like  
ListProc apparently uses) to Sympa archives on the contribs page:

I intend to explore how functional some of the Majordomo migration  
stuff is, rather soon now, as we just went live with our Sympa  
installation for a small group of pilot users.
