I have a problem regarding charset tagging when posting via the web gui
of Sympa. I have in sympa.conf:

lang    en_US
supported_lang  de,en_US,fr,it,nl,fi,sv
web_recode_to   UTF-8

I have added to mhonarc-ressources.tt2:

<TextEncode>
utf-8; MHonArc::UTF8::to_utf8; MHonArc/UTF8.pm
</TextEncode>

When doing a post using the web-interface I get in trouble. My subject
and body include Norwegian characters. The resulting email I get has:

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

And do Quoted Printable on the subject, but says it is US-ASCII. Is
there a simple way to correct this behaviour?

Correct behaviour would be to:
 * have "Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8"
 * tag the subject as Quoted Printable with UTF-8
