We don't provide a en_GB.po file ; you should use en_US instead as follows :
lang    en

supported_lang  en_US
If you want to use a home-made en_GB.po file, then you should compile the correspondign .mo file and install it in /home/sympa/locale/. You should also edit the Language.pm module of Sympa.

But if you don't have any good reason for using en_GB instead of en_US (expect the naming convention), then use en_US.

I'm seeing this in sympa's log:-

Dec 15 15:14:11 chi.qmul.ac.uk wwsympa[6089]: WWSympa started
Dec 15 15:14:11 chi.qmul.ac.uk wwsympa[6089]: Failed to setlocale(en_US) ; you either have a problem with the catalogue .mo files or you should extend available locales in  your /etc/locale.gen (or /etc/sysconfig/i18n) file

This is in the sympa.conf:-

## Default lang (fr | us | es | de | it | cn | tw | fi | pl | cz | hu | ro | et)
lang    en

## Supported languages
supported_lang  en_GB

How do I make wwsymap read the en_GB language file?
