The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello,

Running Sympa 5.1.2, brand-new install (not upgraded from an older version).

I'm having the exact same issue as is described at the following two threads:

Since this is not an upgraded install, I don't see how it can be a 
matter of an old resource file hanging around.

The error message I'm seeing is:

Sympa could not deliver the requested page for the following reason :
file error - parse error - msg00003.html line 51: unexpected token 
('(d20fd2c471%hidden_head) [% IF user.email == '(d20fd2c471%hidden_head 
%]

Please contact the listmaster.

I'm using Mhonarc 2.6.15 and have Template Toolkit 2.14 installed, both 
of which are the latest version.

Any ideas what else I might try to look at?
