When I did a "more" look at the raw text of the "problem" message in the
archive, I found this:

To: <address@concealed>
] NAMI partner receives medal from Pope

When I looked at it using vi, I found this:

Subject: [comm^M] NAMI partner receives medal from Pope

When I removed the "^M" character, the message transmitted to postmaster
correctly.

Now that I know how to fix messages, I'm a little less anxious. However, I'm
still intensely curious as to what might be causing this behavior?
