I don't know if having a separate "Manage Subscribers" link is  
totally necessary, but I will confess that I also overlooked "Review"  
when I was looking at the new interface.  Perhaps simply renaming the  
"Review" link to something that's not specific to owners or  
subscribers -- maybe just naming it "Subscribers" -- would do the  
trick.  I'm just opposed to having duplicate links to the same  
functionality in the same menu, so I think having both a "Review"  
link for non-owners and a "Manage Subscribers" link for owners would  
be redundant.  Unless I'm misunderstanding what you mean by the  
change you mention re-doing above...
