Aug the 25th you have got in your log file the following :

> aug 25 17:32:25 dragon archived[19072]: unable to open
> /usr/local/sympa/arc/ address@concealed
>  to rebuild archive

This mean that archived.pl deamon can't read/create files and dirs in 
this directory. You must check owner.grop for /usr/local/sympa
/usr/local/sympa/arc/ and /usr/local/sympa/arc/ address@concealed. 
archived.pl must run with the same id as wwsympa.fcgi and require RX 
access for all thoses directories.

As long as this not solved you will not have sympa archive working properly.
