I'am afraid the best tool is : Ctrl+c Ctrl+v :-(

Some guys ask us to create a long page with all the messages inline. I 
don't known if mhonarc provide such page... It should make "copy/paste" 
a quite good tool for your need. May be you can search it in mhonarc.org 
or ask some mhonarc mailing list about your issue.
