Some lists' web archives were broken, so I deleted all web archives in
/usr/local/sympa/archives and let under Sympa admin
Rebuild HTML archives using "arctxt" directories as input. Then got
rebuildallarc : action succeeded
but I can't see any web archives. so I checked, what was written in
/usr/local/sympa/archives. There was nothing.

Sympa logs show:
Aug 25 17:32:25 dragon archived[19072]: Rebuilding $arc with
M2H_ADDRESSMODIFYCODE :
Aug 25 17:32:25 dragon archived[19072]: Rebuilding address@concealed
archive completely
Aug 25 17:32:25 dragon archived[19072]: unable to open
/address@concealed to rebuild archive

Well, I think instead of that folder it had to look into
/usr/local/sympa/expl/testing/archives/,
find text based archives there and create output onto
/address@concealed

So then I tried to do it manually at console:

su sympa -c "/usr/local/sympa/bin/arc2webarc.pl testing"
You should run this script as user "sympa", ignore ? (y/CR)y
Bursting archives

Rebuilding HTML

Have a look in /address@concealed/-/ directory for
messages dateless
Now, you should add a web_archive parameter in the config file to make it
accessible from the web

And web archives were really successfully created. I could see them in
WWSympa.

My Sympa version is 5.0.1 (httpd-2.0.52, php-4.3.9 on RHEL 4.1)

That's the end of problem 1. Part 2 comes with second message.
