If you upgraded from a previous version of Sympa to Sympa 5.0.x, then 
your web archives need to be rebuilt (because of the new template format 
used). Atr startup, sympa.pl is supposed to trigger the archives 
rebuilding. If it failed to do so, you should request web archives 
rebuilding from the web interface : "Admin sympa" > "Rebuild all"

It is related to the first problem

If you previàously customized a mhonarc-ressources.tpl file, then remove 
it and apply the desired changes to the new mhonarc-ressources.tt2 file.
