The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I have this in the Makefile:-

ICONSDIR = /usr/local/sympa/www/icons

That is where our local web interface is, but when I access sympa I get 
the default interface that comes with sympa. Does anyone know where I 
can look to find out why?
