The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello, how could I force Sympa to rebuild archives (from old 3.x version) to 
new 5.x and utf-8 encoding. It is possible? We moved old Sympa list to new HW 
and old archives is visible, but top of menu has some error - butons are 
visible in all language variant with code, small example:
        [IF lang=fr] Suivi chronologique [ELSIF lang=cz] Chronologicky [ELSIF 
lang=hu] Id�rendben [ELSE] Chronological [ENDIF]

Have anybody encounter this problem? Could rebuilding of archives with 
mhonarc help?
