No currently you don't have any information about the file in the d_xx 
scenarios.
But it would be a good idea to have some. Please fill out a feature

We already have anti-virus pieces of codes (to scan incoming messages) ; 
it should be easy to reuse them to scan uploaded files.
Please fill out a feature request about this also.
