The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Is there a way to create an authorization scenario that can deny/accept
based on the authentication type?  Meaning, if I allow two types of
authentication: sso authentication and email authentication, is there a
way to allow list creation by those that authenticate via sso and deny
those that authenticate by email?
