You should install the libintl perl package that includes Locale::Messages
: http://search.cpan.org/~guido/libintl-perl-1.11/

It should install automatically while installing Sympa but I noticed a few
failures because of the 'make test'. I recommend you install this moduke
manually (tar -zxvf...perl Makefile.pm;make;make install)

We are runnig the current development version on our own server for 2
weeks now qnd we wish to make it the stable version before the end of
2004.
