You're right, this is a bug in italian template. You should remove the '\n' in your moderate.it.tpl file, as we did :

I'm using sympa 3.4.4.3-4 debian package on a debian woody box, and
i've hit a bug, i think in italian template... when there's an message
to approve or reject, a message are delivered to the editor that
contain a link (mailto uri).
But in this link there's two \n\n at the end of the md5 hash, and this
confuse the robot. Like in this:
mailto:address@concealed?subject=DISTRIBUTE%20ac-sg-equipe%207f6fad79b435we4c6f06697497717afd\n\n
I think this is a bug in the italian template, but how can i solve this?
