I created a new list and discovered the Anonymous Sender setting, which 
takes care of the problem.  Great!  However, the original list I was trying 
to do this with does not have that option!  I suspect this has to do with 
how I created the list... but, is there some way I can convert the existing 
list so that it has that option?  I need it! (And I'd rather not have to 
create everything from the beginning again.)
