Each user have to enter his First/Lastname in the "Preferences" panel. 
Or you can enter these informations directly in your user data source 
(ldap, database,...) and I think it will be used automatically if it exists.

You can modify mail templates as you wish. Just edit "digest.tpl" (or 
"digest.<lang>.tpl") that you should find in the "templates" dir
of your sympa install. In fact you should not edit it directly, but
copy it before from the install dir to the config dir:
/usr/share/sympa/templates/digest.<lang>.tpl => 
/etc/sympa/templates/digest.<lang>.tpl
then edit it after. It will be taken first if it is in /etc/sympa. (these dirs
are taken as exemple from a redhat install).

same thing. Modify the web templates in wws_templates after having copied
them to your conf directory.
