The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I've created a new virtual robot on a working Sympa system, and
populated it with lists. The aliases are working, but the lists are not.
In the wwsympa logs I get error messages about sympa being unable to
read the archive thrd.html file, and sure enough, there is no
sub-directory being created under the /arc directory.

Shouldn't this happen automatically when the list is created?

What have I forgotten? What have I done wrong? I haven't created any new
lists for a while so I may well have made a silly mistake, but I don't
recall having had to manually create files under the /arc directory
before - how can I get sympa to do this?
