You did not mention what Sympa version you are using ; I presume 3.4.4.3.
Here are a few things you should check/try :
- check if the message was not previously confirmed
- are there subscribers in the list (try a review)
- set sympa to a higher debug level (log_level to 2 or 3) and have
another try with the CONFIRM
We are having some problems with the main list of our system since a couple of days. Before that, it has been working good, but nowadays, the system respond a "No command found in message" mail when somebody confirms the messages sent to this list. It is not possible to make any test because this lists is the global list of the University, and the problem appers when a confirm is sent. What is the problem? I attach you the log.
