Hi,
after sending an email to my testlist from email-client an error is
printed to sympa.log:

Jan 5 12:17:14 dev sympa[32530]: Ignoring message which would cause a
loop, sent by address@concealed
Jan 5 12:17:14 dev sympa[32530]: Moving bad file
address@concealed to bad/

But when I copy an prepared email to the msg-folder of my testlist, the
email is sent to all subsribers.

What can be the reason for the loop?

This is not a loop but a prevention of loop. Various SMTP headers such as Autoforwarded: true are detected to prevent loops. In addition, sympa.pl store a list of message-id to prevent a message to be ditributed twice to the same list. Also it is not possible to send a message that is comming for another list.
