Subject: The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I installed sympa on my Debian+Qmail box, and tried create a list as
listmaster. My maillist is in the pending list, but I cant accept it,
because I dont have right to do it. How can accept a list? How can I set
the site administrator?
