Where am I supposed to post feature requests?

I'd like to see Sympa being able to pull in membership lists from
various sources, not only a DB, or Sympa's DB, or another mailing
list. I would like to be able to get a base of subscribers from e.g.
PostgreSQL, then add some manually to be administered by Sympa, and
possibly include the subscription list from another mailing list.

Do you think this is possible to include in 4.x?
