The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi All,

I need some help in Sympa,I am using Qmail and it works very good
i have compiled sympa 3.4.4.2 but i am facing some troubles.

first when i add a new subscriber an email is sent to him congratulating him 
for subscribing, and also when i unsbscribe the same user an email is sent to 
him telling him "you have been unsbscribed, and if u need to subscribe please 
reply to this mail with subject: sub "List_name".

When i do so (replying to the email with the subject above) nothing happened 
and the subscriber is not added.
After analyzing the  problem, i found that the email is already sent to 
address@concealed (which is my internal domain) with the subject: sub newsletter 
 
which is a test newsletter.
But it is obvious that address@concealed   didnot send it to the mail list 
"newsletter".

can anyone help me in sloving this problem ?
i think my hair has fallen from analyzing this problem :)
