The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

[Miles Fidelman <address@concealed>]

I've just used wwwsympa to customize several of the messages associated
with a new list - in particular the welcome message.

But... when I add new users to the list, they are getting the default
welcome message.

Any thoughts on what might be going wrong?
