i created a closed list called 
mylist-authors

and a send scenario in mylist like this:
is_subscriber(mylist-authors,[sender]) smtp,smime,md5    -> do_it
is_editor(mylist,[sender])                 smtp,smime,md5    -> do_it
is_owner(mylist,[sender])                  smtp,smime,md5    -> do_it
true()                             smtp,smime,md5    -> editorkey
