The 'remind_return_path' parameter defines wether the REMIND message has a
unique Return-path:. Automatic removal of bouncing subscribers is only
performed if
unique Return-path is used ; therefore changing this parameter's value will
disable auto-unsubscription.

Apart from this, Sympa does not make any decision about bouncing users itself
;
it only provides information to the list owners. We plan to develop some
automatic
bouncing users management in Sympa 4.0. It will do at least what Mailman does
:
the owner defines a threshold for bouncing users ; users who generated too
many
bounces will be removed. We don't think it is of any use to disable (set to
nomail)
a subscriber because we don't get anymore information about his/her status ;
s/he
would remain in this state forever !

Note that Sympa already implement automatic reset of bounce score, when a
subscriber
generates no bounce within a certain period (automatically deduced from the
list activity).

One question tho.. Now it works, but i sent a reminder to a liost, on which i have a nonexistant user in a existant domain. The mail bounces, and gets picked up by the bounce queue.. ANd then the user is unsubscribed. Is there any way to configure that to instead maybe have the list suspend mail to that user for X days (after trying to send a reminder?), or just turn mail off to the user? I mean, this seem a bit drastical
