You're absolutely right, we had misread the RFC.

It has been fixed in our CVS tree :

I checked in the code and it is indeed the way it is coded, the behaviour of this list is not because of the use of a customer header.

Is there any particular reason for not following the RFC 2919 ? Is this behaviour the same in newer versions ?
