Actually, I'd go back and look at the sympa list archives - this 
problem is a common one, especially with postfix. I had loads of 
trouble with this, but did finally get it solved with help from the 
list, and there is actually a lot of really good info about this in 
the archives - too much to recount here. The short answer is that you 
need to make sure that:

1) there is a topics.conf in each virtual robot directory
2) that your postfix virtual hosting is set up right (there are 
details in the archives - it's a bit arcane)
3) That you've restarted postfix, sympa and apache after making 
changes (my strategy has been to stop sympa, stop apache, restart 
postfix, start sympa then start apache - that has seemed to always 
work for me)

Have a look, see what might make sense, and then come back with 
further questions.
