The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

For some reason, sympa has stopped sending the welcome message. It sends out 
an email, but it's completely blank.

There are no errors in sympa.log. Everything else works as it should. I have 
copies of welcome.tpl all over the place now trying to correct the issue. 

This is occurring on the main server which has two lists, and a robot which 
has one list.

Any ideas what the issue might be?
