The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I've set up my list system I posted about earlier using a lists subscribed to 
other lists:

list_one: groupA, groupB
list_two: groupB, groupC
list_three: groupB

I'd like to set up the archive to list_three so that subscribers to groupB 
can read it.  I did it using an access_web_archive and a scenari rule in 
list_three/conf

I tried this:
/etc/sympa/scenari/access_web_archive.groupB

title.us  subscribers of groupB and owner only

is_subscriber('groupB', [email]) smtp,smime,md5 -> do_it
true() smtp,smime -> owner


But not even the list owner gets permission then :-(

Can anyone see where I'm going wrong?
