i had installed succesfull sysmpa

i had installed sympa with mysql-db
perl-modules are also installed

after installation when i start sympa 

i see that error-message in my logfile

Please could you tell me what is the problem

My PC is a red-hat 7.2 with postfix, cyrus-imapd and mysql without ldap
