It seems that only listmaster can close lists on my system; if the owner
of a list (other than the listmaster) tries to close it, they get a "not
allowed to perform this action". I can't find any reference to
assigning this privilege in the docs, but am I just missing an option
somewhere? List owners should be able to close their own lists, right?
Sympa 3.3.5, FreeBSD 4.3.
