The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I am aware of customized reject messages for editors, but is there one 
for rejected messages for other reasons (such as "list not open" or 
"only subscribers can send to the list")?

My users only seem to get a default that says "your message has been 
rejected" with no reasons give ;)

Thoughts, comments, experiences?
