The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I can't see why a summary of the list is being sent to the entire list - is 
there some configuration parameter that I'm missing?

Also, most users would prefer to see a non-MIME digest, this so they don't 
have to open each and every message.  Is there a way to have the digest 
created in plain text?
