The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Our sympa (3.3.4b) is configured with one virtual robot.

The main list is listserv.[our.domain] with directory
~/sympa/expl/<lists> and with wwsympa_url
http://listserv.[our.domain]/wws.
The virtual robot is maillist.[our.domain] with directory
~/sympa/expl/maillist.[our.domain]/<lists> and with wwsympa_url
http://maillist.[our.domain]/wws.
It seems like everithing works fine with one exception:
The default splash-page displayed initially by wwsympa.fcgi (or by
"home" button) does not appear on virtual robot's page. Instead,
http://maillist.[our.domain]/wws displays the usual menu with
":unknown action" line.
The corresponding log entry is:
Mar 13 10:28:57 listserv wwsympa[30011]: ... unknown action /
var/sympa/expl/maillist.[our.domain]

The subsequent login and lists' administration works fine with
virtual robot.
But the logout again produces:
"logout:unknown action
template_error"
instead of splash-page.

The corresponding log entry is:
Mar 13 10:11:54 listserv wwsympa[30010]: ... do_logout: logout
performed
Mar 13 10:11:54 listserv wwsympa[30010]: ... unknown action
/var/sympa/expl/maillist.[our.domain]
Mar 13 10:11:54 listserv wwsympa[30010]: unable to find template for
logout

The same actions with http://listserv.[our.domain]/wws have no
problems.

I understand that this is something due to misconfiguration but I
could not find any visible errors in sympa.conf, wwsympa.conf and
corresponding robot.conf.

The question is: what could be wrong and where to look for?
