Huh? I believe that should be "config" instead of "config.tpl"!?!
Where ever your list's directory is located (ussually ~sympa/expl)
there should be a "config" file. If this is present you should
see at least error messages in the log files about "mylist" in
syslog (if your /etc/syslog.conf is configured to log priority
debug from the right syslog facility).
