The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I'm trying to use sympa as a newsletter "machine".

When I'm sending messages to it and they are being sent out, the To: field
is the name of the list as usual. Is there a way of changing that to be the
actual person that's on the list?
The name of the list is not that important.
