The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi,
I have a problem installing sympa on my server.
When I run make install, I get an error :
make[1]: *** [newinstall] Erreur 1
make[1]: Quitte le répertoire `/home/sympa/nls'
make: *** [installnls] Erreur 1

So I know where the setup stop, but I don't why, and what I have to do ?
Could you help me ?
