I have exactly the same system, and suffer from this bug, too.
I cant reproducate it. Some lists suffer from this some lists not.
The only common i could find was, that they have >100 subscribers, and
at least one people, who subscribed with mode digest.

A didn't dig in the code, yet, but installed a rule in every send
scenarii.

match([header->subject], /Summary of list [listname]$/) smtp -> reject

This way i halt ALL summaries, but it is a very rare subscribtion mode.
