I have a mailing list with almost 400.000 subscribers and the page
loads quite quickly. I have just some 10 lists. How many lists do you have ?

Well, the db schema leaves much to be desired. :)

My machine is PIII/550 MHz with 512 MB RAM. MySQL version 3.23.32.
