The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello,

I have 2 questions on Sympa (Version 3.2.1) to which I was not able
to get the answers in the user manual:

1)
Is it possible to tell Sympa not to bounce attachments to a list?
(It is just to prevent sendig viruses to the list.)

2)
I have a list with option "send editor". If someone who is not
owner of the list writes a mail, he gets a message back saying that
his mail is sent to the moderator.

Is it possible to configure the list the way that the sender (who is
not owner) gets a message back saying "You are not allowed to write to
the list. On problems, please contact email@domain."
