Sympa 3.0.3 was also requesting perl-CGI.pm-xx (try rpm -qpR
sympa-3.0.3.i386.rpm).
But obviously perl-CGI.pm RPM has been renamed to perl-CGI.
We will change prerequisites in Sympa.

You can force RPM to ignore such dependencies with --nodeps option
Example : rpm -i --nodeps sympa-3.2.i386.rpm
